CG Vyapam TET Admit Card 2026 : Eligibility Criteria
The CG TET is for candidates who want to become teachers for primary (classes 1-5) or upper primary (classes 6-8) levels. Therefore, the eligibility criteria vary depending on the level.
Level-I (Primary Teacher: Class 1 to 5)
You are eligible for Level-I TET if you meet any one of the following qualifications:
- ✅ 12th (Senior Secondary) + D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed
- ✅ 12th (at least 50%) + 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education
- ✅ Graduation + D.El.Ed
- ✅ 12th + 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
- 👉 If you want to teach young children (primary level), this is the right level.
Level-II (Upper Primary Teacher: Class 6 to 8)
You are eligible for Level-II TET if you possess any one of the following qualifications:
- ✅ Graduation + B.Ed

- ✅ Graduation + B.El.Ed
- ✅ Graduation (50%) + Integrated B.Ed (4 Year)
